I've just installed Win2K on my (1.2 ghz Asus A7V Athalon 256 mb 60 gb NTFS drive) system. I run Norton systemworks, it runs chkdsk /f (must do at boot) and it finds and (supposedly) fixes problems. I run it AGAIN and it finds more problems. Sometimes it doesn't, but most of the time it does. I've used this drive before, it should be ok. Mostly, the reported error message is that free space is marked as being in use. Any other people with the same problem?
So far, no system instability, but I'd like to know how to fix this or find the real problem. Thanks!! -- Kevin

Make sure you have the latest version of Norton's that supports Windows 2000. I have seen people install the Windows NT version which works but not as well and the most current version.
