I have a AMD Athlon™ 64 Processor 3500+
and it only running at 2.21GHZ

If you have 1 gb of ram then you probably have spyware and adaware on your comp

If it's slow in general and your not just wondering about the reason about your processor speed then you should run CCcleaner to delete all these cache, backup, and temp diles your computer creates... Also use it to clean out your registry of uninstallation codes and etc. It'll speed you right up unless you have tons of dust in your tower or whatever you use.

AMD Athlon™ 64 Processor 3500+ is the fast cpu. There are many reasons of low speed of the cpu. First, 1 gb of ram may to low for the system nowadays, u may upgrade 1 more 1gb of ram or more. Second, long time of no running disk defrag is also 1 of these reasons, running disk defrag sometimes if u have free time. The third reason i think is virus, spyware. Clean it by some trusted software. good luck!
