Ah, the site is now IPB 2.3.3, thats why everything is working. Google ads now work in Firefox because of a nice work around included in 2.3.3

Just a few problems I am noticing:

A common error when updating, random BBCodes in signatures arent working, if you go in the ACP to the tools and settings tab -> rebuild content -> signatures, that should fix the problem.

Blogs and Gallery buttons redirect to the index page, more than likely that means you haven't installed them.

Thanks again for all that you do, noticed you changed the user group name of anti-scammers to Elite Anti-Scammers, and also that you added the permission for elites and mods to change display names.

It's a large database, rebuilding everything takes a lot of time. I'm not yet able to change any settings for the gallery, ipb thinks it's not installed, but the gallery knows it's installed and won't let me re-install. I'll come back to that later.

I dont own and have never dealt with any official IPB add-ons. But I have installed many different open source and custom mods that use the IPB installer. I just tested this on the [AH23]Reputation mod that uses the IPB installer on my site, so I know it works.

I deleted the settings for the mod which would be like what you are dealing with.

Log into phpmyadmin (or a similar program) and delete the table ibf_gallery_upgrade_history. This will allow you to access the installer. Then run the gallery install, it will tell you that the queries couldn't be run and will ask you if you are sure you want to continue. Continue, and it will go through the install like normal, but the queries wont actually be run. This leaves adding/updating the ACP settings as the only thing the installer actually does. Which should fix your problem.

It did on my tests, but as I said, I don't own gallery/blogs/downloads so I cant be 100% certain.

Tried that, ran through the upgrade but still nadda in acp. No big deal, I checked the permissions manually and all should be well.
