I have read all about overclocking and don't want to experiment (and possibly damage my mobo or cpu). My mobo is ASRock 775VM800 with a Pentium D930 (dual-core 3GHz) cpu and 2Gb Corsair PC3200 ram. What settings on the mobo can I use to overclock (mildly). Thanks.

I also do an internal backup this morning, and backup my E: drive (3GB) to my D:drive (still have 5GB free space) for only 4 mins. But back up my E: drive to this Maxtor external drive takes 45 mins. It is 10 times longer. My internal backup speed seems fine.
I also did a test to copy a 120 MB file from C: drive to =>
1. D: drive, takes 8 sec.
2. external flash drive (with 1GB space), takes 55 sec.
3. external crappy drive (can store 160GB, this one has slow speed download problem with my previous image backup), takes 2min+40 sec.
