“The Security Center is currently unavailable because the “Security Center” service has not started or was stopped. Please close this window, restart the computer (or start the “Security Center” service), and then open the Security Center again.”

While starting the security center in my computer the window opens and the above message appears.

I even can't run the Services.msc . I received the error: Error 1075 The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion

How do I get my security center started again? any help would be greatly appreciated.
