 I'm not really a very sporty person, but my dad wants me to join a team sport. I like swimming a lot so does any one know something like swimming, or that includes it?

Try searching it in google. That will help you get the specific training you need for swimming workouts. Do the things you really love to do. So at the end of the day you won't regret it.
