why can't i load some web pages with pics, i get a little ed x, I tried it on another computer and it loads, what seems to be the problem

 go to  internet explorere ---->Tools menu ---.> internet options----->advanced---> multimedia,and make sure the picture boxes are checked  ,if dosent work click om restore defaults at the advanced tab
