Title: Windows 98 C:/ Drive Setup

I've been having this problem for some time now.  I would double click on My Computer, then I would try to double click on the C:/ Drive.  Whenever I do, it wouldn't go to my hard drive files, but would automatically go to the Windows 98 Setup screen.  Does anyone know how to fix this?
