Title: explorer.exe and IEXPLORE.EXE eating up memory

OK, i have XP pro, and until a few weeks ago, everything was fine. But now when im browsing, the web suffers a major slowdown with explorer.exe and IEXPLORE.EXE(is it meant to be in capitals?) eating up mega CPU.. Ive ran numerous spyware programs etc but coming up short....

any ideas?
