Title: problems with win2k and Asus A7N8X-Dlx, AMD 2800+

I have a new PC with AMD Athlon 2800+ XP processor,  Asus A7N8X Dlx PCB Ver.2.0, MSI AGP - GeForce FX5200 -128DDR RAM, with Samsung 2 no.s X 512MB ddr400 dual channel RAM, the machine reboots randomly though the machine is left idle with out running any program.  I am unable to trace the problem, I have tried changing RAM modules, changed the Display Adopter , but the problem still persists.  Can someone hellp me?

Have you checked you memory timings. Also if you have the motherboard monitor set to low temps this will also cause restarts. I have the Asus A7N8X-X.
I was OCing the memory that cause my ramdom restarts. Good luck
