Title: Ebook publishing software

My mom has written a book and it's in Word format.  I'd like to take it and convert it into a few ebook formats so she can sell it on her website.  Is there a good, cheap/free program that can do this?

it simulates a printer on your PC, converting any document to PDF format.. best of all, it's absolutely free and works just like the (expensive) adobe acrobat software...
