Title: Xp Boot screens 16.pal

Does anyone have the 16.pal file for jasc paint shop pro that is needed to edit the xp boot screens...i cant seem to find it

 Hallo dear.

Well that is the thing. I have been trying to change my XP boot screen, but so far I just can't get to see the bitmap image of the original picture in my Adop Photoshop! I have imported the 16.pal (as told by R. Hacker software) color pallet and, stil it stays plane Black, could you please tell me how can i change the colors to edit my bitmap image.
