i am having problems with my dvd burner. when i copy/backup a disk i try to play them and they do not work on either my pc or my stand alone dvd player this is a direct link to the dvd burner i have as i cant remember the specs off the top of my head http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/prod...=55215&offset=0 (http://\"http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/prod...=55215&offset=0\")
i read on dvdr help something about firmware am i going to need to download this and if so any sources? any other help would be nice total newbie here please help
i have used a number of different programs to try and back up my dvd and they are dvd-xcopy platinum, dvd shrink, clone dvd and shrink dvd and with all as mentioned above the discs dont play back. i think i need some help lol! thanks in advance
