Title: WIN386.SWP File it's at 253MB

I'm a newbie at VM settings and would appreciate any help you could offer.  I have Win98 on an Intel Pen. III with 254 MB.  My swap file is under the root directory of C: I have windows managing my VM swapfile the size is changed the as I  259,992Kb or 253MB.  What is the reccomended value?  My system is running sluggish.
