Title: Office XP Recurring EULA

I am running Windows XP Home and Office XP (OEM).  Both are valid copies with certificates.  After installing Office XP on my machine, I have to accept the EULA each time I enter an office app.  I am the administrator of the computer.  Is there a way in the registry to end the EULA acceptance?  This is driving me nuts.
