Title: 2k gpedit

went to windows update to get the new IE patch, only to be told "Network policy settings prevent you from using Windows Update to download and install updates on your computer"
So i open gpedit, goto the windows update policy and see that it is set "disabled" as it should be for me to access the update site. also in the registry it is set accurately.
Any ideas where else there may be an update setting I'm missing?

Its the IE Security.

goto Internet options and add Windows Update to the Trusted sites.
And Make Sure Trusted sites allows Activex Download and such.
That Should Fix all those problems
