I keep geting the following error The Microsoft Search service terminated with the following error: The system cannot find the file specified.  How can I fix this

Does it give you any hint to what the specified file is?

try to search a exist file to check it

No it don't.  I can't determine which file is missing if any.  I have reinstalled both Exchange and sp3 for Exchange
