How do I modify the contents of the MFU list in the Start Menu in XP?

I need a reghack to do it as manually running it is not a solution /wink.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\';)\' />

Does anyone know where Windows keeps that stuff?

also how does XP know which programs are "newly installed apps" like it says on the Start Menu

"New programs Installed"
