Title: XP Black bitmap image

Well that is the thing. I have been trying to change my XP boot screen, but so far I just can't get to see the bitmap image of the original picture in my Adop Photoshop! I have imported the 16.pal (as sad by R. Hacker software)color pallet and, stil it stays plane Black, could you please tell me how can i change the colors to edit my bitmap image.

my problem is quite like his, the only thing is that i need some one to tell me how to import the 16.act file to photoshop 7.0 help... /ohmy.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':o\' />
