Title: XP home keeps recycling

I switched PC cases on my XP Home, the system worked until I attempted a diskcleanup.  The PC crashed, rebooted and continues to cycle to the boot options. All boot options have been selected but not successful.  I have attempted to re-boot with CD which results in a message of bootable cd media recognized. 0= default, then the system cycles to the boot options.  
When I select start windows normally, a blue screen flashes then to the boot options.  There are no beeps, the post displays the memory, HD are capable but disabled.  

Help.
