Title: After installing SATA WinXP hangs and ..........

I`ve got in trouble with my SATA disk,actually with SATA-and-XP issue I think.The problem is as follows:
I installed  the SATA (prividing drivers from the flpoppy) and went into the standart XP instalatinon process. I came to the point of creating two logical disks and then I had to format them.XP started formatting and then hung......... I restarted the PC,but as soon as it trying to boot from the XP Boot-CD (to start installation again) it says NTLDR IS MISSING ....... What can I do with it?
