Title: geforce 4 mx

Help me please.

I have just bought a computer, athlon 2000, 256 ram, GeForce 4mx graphics card.
Unfortunatly every time I play a game it usually crashes, ie Elite force, star wraith and the like. I am a complete novice where graph cards are concerned so any help would be extremelly appreciated.

Well the first thing I'd say is add another 256 ram to your PC, your lacking. Check to see if their are any updates for the games your playing. Check for any updates for the MoBo chipset, video card, sound and windows. If you want to play alot of games on your PC you should upgrade that old cheap card to say a 9800Pro.
