Title: CD ROM

My CD rom does not work at all. My computer works perfectly until I enter my CD into the drive and then my computer stops responding altogether. This happens while trying to install a programme and it keeps doin it. I cannot even open the task manager and continues to stop working until I eject the disk and when i do so it says insert the disk and the process continues until i eject the disk!!!!
