Im running Windows 2000 on a 2.4 GHZ, 256Meg RAM box. I am connected to a wirless network via a PCI 802.11b card. I also have a 4 port PCI video capture card.
I am running Active Webcam from http://www.pysoftware.com/ (http://\"http://www.pysoftware.com/\") I have the program setup to record video to the hard drive only with no export of http server enabled. So it should have no need to access the network.
The problem I have is when I have the active webcam software running my wifi connection crawls to a halt. As soon as I close the active webcam program everything works great.
Using task manager CPU and RAM usage are under 25% so its not lacking in resourses. Is there a program within Win2k or third party software I can use to discover what is going on?
