Title: Unknown services (excli32.exe & exwmi.exe)

Would any of you knowledable persons be able & willing to enlighten me as to what the following two services are for?

excli32.exe
exwmi.exe

I am having some difficulty finding anything on these two services.  Thanks for the help and input!

THose are two very notorious and harmful viruses very ofter found in conjuction with each other, do you have them???

Those two files are associated with the W32.Magistr@mm virus. Goto Symantec.com and download the removal tools asap.

 Excli32.exe is from WRQ Express Meter, software metering, it is a legitimate file. Y
