My PC conects to the internet,but I can't access IE or Outlook Express. One of the last emailsI was able to receive was from Yahoo, saying that the Netsky B & D viruses had been detected. However I got someone to download the fix from Symantec and it comes up with nothing. I'm running XP. Any clues, anyone
