Title: Downloads Server Back Online

After a huge bandwidth bill (we went well over 1TB two months in a row), I had to shut down the downloads server so it wouldn't happen again this month.  Everything's back online now.

If you don't want to be affected by this again, please consider contributing to the site.  You'll get premium access to the ftp server, and it will help keep it up for others.
