Yeah my friend cannot access the internet because it says the explorer has caused an error in <unknown> or in KERNEL32. DLL or DDL. Is this the new worm virus? She can't patch it because she cannot get on the internet, and has erased her netscape, but she can be on aolIM, so would it be possible for me to down load the patch and then send it to her through IM, or should I try to send her netscape through IM so that she could then see if she could download the patch herself. If you have any ideas I would greatly appreciate them, thanks,
