Title: can't get things to come up

hi

when i go to links on pages and search engines i will get a window that i can see through..i will sit for an hour and nothing will come up..it happens to everything i click on too..i have ruled out problems on the pages and viruses.as my computer checkers says i have none..plz help..this is starting to piss me off
