Title: Need help with win2k boot disk!

I'm having troubles making a win2k cd with SP4 slipstreamed. I followed all the steps (APART from the fact that i downloaded version 3.9G of CDRWIN, and not 3.8B as advised - there's no option to download old versions on the website..), burnt my cd, and when i boot the cd it says

BOOT: Couldn't find NTLDR
Please insert another disk.

HELP! i'm left without an OS on my laptop and i'm seemingly unable to install one at all.. thanks.
