Title: P4 1.5GHz = slower than P3 1.0 GHz???

P4 1.5GHz (only the "1.5" GHz model) is slower than P3 "1.0" GHz due to some inside architecture. Is it true?

I heard this from my friend who's quite skilled in (shopping) computer.

My system is P4 1.5 GHz T__T

tell your friend to go [censored] himeself.... p4 has a better way of loading, more cache, they get the same performance specs, but p4 can load more at once, perhaps a bit faster.
