Title: reinstalling OS

m reinstalling windows 98. After partitioning and reformatting the drive, i get errors. I'm booting from the startdisk. I get "invalid media type". When I try to go sys.com or sys c:, i get "required parameters missing" or "not ready". When I select "restore windows 98" I get, "system error: you computer has stopped responding. Incorrect system type".

Help Please

Did you use MS fdisk?
if so, did you chosed the primary partition as active? i had the same problem i did choose the second partition as active and keep on getting that error.
