Title: SCSI drivers after F6 aren't found
Post by: Guest_Bruce on August 11, 2004, 01:25:28 PM
I'm doing a normal install of XP to a SCSI machine, when prompted to hit F6, I do, and I can successfully browse to my floppy drive and select my Ultra 320 adapter.

Windows then goes on to begin copying, and shortly after that it says : setup cannot copy the file: symmpi.sys

This file is On the floppy in the drive, and windows looks to the floppy for it.

My guess is that it is looking for a paticular folder on the a:\ drive, but I don't know what that should be..

Any ideas?
