Title: Receiving error ..WSCGEt Provider Path...

Ok, its my bosses computer...it is an hp...running me....went to xp...modem would not work...it would open the port but not connect...any way...reverted back to me....defragged and scan disked...checked modem...was able to logg on...put xp back in...tried the modem it would not work...checked Aol's systems...said memory was to low to run...so reverted the drive one more time and now...my dumb..............................................did not back up my doc........when I power on...the cd-rw drive runs and sounds weird and I get this messeage before anything else...ERROR.........

 WSC Get Provider Path failed, returning WSAE PROVIDER FAILED INIT


If I click close...I get Explorer caused unkown error in Kernel32.dll........

Close.....

and the the WSC error comes back.....

I just want to save files so I can restore.....


I would be nice to Save a Program or two he dont have copies of...
