CAN I HAVE ONE MONITOR BUT RUN 2 PC,SI UNDERSTAND  1 CAN ONLY BE ON AT A TIME BUT I HAVE HEAVY DUTY SPACE RESTRICTIONS

Get a KVM switch.
Go to www.newegg.com and do a search for KVM.
These switches allow for one monitor, one keyboard, and one mouse to run multiple PC's.
I use a four port KVM to run 3 PC's on one monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
