before anything else, my PC specs are as follows
P4 1.8 ghz
ECS Motherboard (built in sound)
Inno3d video card (64 mb mx400)
Memory of 512 mb
my problem is...i have 2 cd drives, one is cd-writer and the other one is cd-rom
my cd-rw drive seems to work out fine...the cd-rom does too
unfortunately, my cd-rom only reads cd's which are original!! it cannot play cd-r, cd-rws and even pirated cds...what could be the problem?
I am using Samsung CD-ROM SC-152G
and my CD-RW drive is ASUS

After you burn the CD, do you "close" the CD? Some drives will not read a CD-R unless the software program you use to copy the CD is closed.
