Title: Dvd format strange .DVD

HI, i've got files like this :

IMAGE.000
IMAGE.001
IMAGE.002
IMAGE.003
IMAGE.004
IMAGE.dvd

But those files aren't recognized by nero or Alchool, could you tell me how to burn these ?
