well i try to use msconfig but it says it cancelled due to restrictions on my computer and says to contact my admin but wdf is this anyone know how to cancel these restrictions?

first of what version of windows are you running. Second, if it's XP do:START>CONTROL PANEL>USER ACCOUNTS>CREAT A NEW ACCOUNT.
Follow those steps and select administrative privlages then it should work

well, first off, is it YOUR computer or a family one where ur parents are the admin? there are ways to get around that
