Title: office xp 30 day eval..

anyone know of a work around the eval period? or can point me in the right direction...?

Go to Circuit City, pick up the box labelled \"Office XP\" (pick whichever version you need), find a cashier, hand them the box and your VISA, and they\'ll put your new Office XP in a nice bag for you to take home.

Oh, and you get to keep your VISA card too.

The eval code is imbedded into the Windows Program.
As a programmer I understand how MS might use the Windows API to engage a time limit.  I would have to be stored as a registry key or some other operating system internal.  In other words, something not to really mess around with if you don\'t have the money to purchase a new one

yes broth simple
just change your bios clock date to a few days before and keep doing it every 2 weeks or so and it will be fine!!
