Title: Trojan

Hi, I recently discovered this forum and I also seem to have picked up a trojan that  no matter what I do, I cant delete it. The other day I read about  the ClamWin  anti-virus program and put it on my computer and it found alot of viruses, but there was one it couldnt  remove. Today I find that there are two that it cant remove,  originating from the same source. One says its a Trojan Downloader and the other says: Trojan.Dyfuca.
Can someone tell me what  I can do?  Thanks
