Title: problem with modem

hello

dear sir ,

I have problem with windows xp sp1 and later version.
when I install windows xp sp1 or sp2 or mediacenter when i install the modem driver my system is hang up and i must to reset the system with reset bottom.
i try many times but i have this problem again and i have to using windows xp 2002 and i use intel modem or zoltrix or lucent but i have problem with these modem again.
how i could use this new version of windows xp ?
by the way my MotherBoard is soltek SL-75DRV4 Chipset VIA
CPU : AMD Athlon XP 2200+
RAM : 1.00 GB
H.D.D : 120 GB
Modem : Zoltrix
