file not found on other systems with same OS and IE versions.

Effect: Causes MS Internet Explorer v. 5+ to crash and / or cannot startup MS IE

fix: RENAMED sfg_52a6.dll to sfg_52a6.dll.000 and restarted MS IE.   System reboot did not recreate C:\WINNT\system32\sfg_52a6.dll

I had problems with iExplorer 6 in XP. Error related to sfg_1bd4.dll.  Renamed the file to sfg_1bd4.0000 and iExplorer works.
