If you don't clean your temp folders out regularly
I suggest that you download and Install
Download and Install this small program
to help clean your temp folders,cookies,prefetch folder, etc...
Windows Cleanup (http://\"http://www.antispyware.nextdesigns.net/installs/cleanup.php?type=exe\")
Install for now but Don't run a scan yet
Disable Ad-Aware's Ad-Watch until we have you clean, it may get in the way of any fixes we do with Hijackthis
Next:
Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:
Going to ask you to fix the entries related too red.clientapps, they look ok but are actually related too RedSheriff spyware

Open Windows CleanUp!
START>>All programs>>CleanUp
Click the CleanUp button>>>Let it finish scanning for files
When it's done it will prompt you to Restart or Log off
Don't at this time
Instead, if you haven't Defragged your hard drive for a while
Now would be a good time
START>>All programs>>Accessories>>System Tools
Disk Defragment
Click the Defragment button, let this finish
Restart back to Normal mode
Post back a fresh Hijackthis log
