I will paypal $10 to anyone who can get me a green light.  I can't swap referrals unless you have a site that doesn't require a credit card because I have already done all of those.  So Do this and help me out, and get $10 in the process.  E-fax plus is the easiest, and it's free.  Plus you have 30 days to cancel.  It does require a CC number, but they won't charge you unless you don't cancel within 30 days.  I got credit within 24 hours and then canceled the next morning.  Very easy.
