I have need help removing callinghome.biz, Abetterinternet, common hijacker, IGetnet, eZula and all the components that come with them. I have made some progress by reading some of the other threads but I still need help. Also, I have norton anti virus and I have many viruses on my computer that cannot be fixed. Please help!!

well after reading some other threads, i guess i should point out the fact that I am an absolute beginner when it comes to computers, but I am a fast learner. if someone lets me know the information i need to provide to fix these problems and how to gather the information, that would be very helpful. thanx all

finally got rid of everything except Abetterinternet, and even worse callinghom.biz. I should also mention a few other things: I am using windows xp, i have tried spybot, adaware, and many others. Some of the manual removal instructions are a little hard for me to understand. i am unable to locate the path in which the spyware came from. SOMEONE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!!

Can you Download Hijackthis 1.99.1
A small utility to help identify if any Hijackers, Malware, Spyware, etc.....Reside on your computer
Important: Create a Permanent folder for Hijackthis
Double Click "MY Computer"
Open your C: drive
Click "File" >>> "New" >>>> "Folder"
A new folder will be created, name it HJT
Now you will have C:\HJT
Download Hijackthis from CLICK HERE (http://\"https://ssl.perfora.net/tools.radiosplace.com/HijackThis.exe\") or CLICK HERE (http://\"http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe\")
Save it to that new folder
Do a SCAN and Save a Log file---Save the log----copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log here... Don't try and fix anything yet----It is all important

Download and UNZIP to desktop Lspfix.zip from this link

Unzip for now, but don't run yet
Next:Print the rest of this out or save to a Notepad file on your desktop

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows, including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis
Restart your computer into Safe mode by tapping the F8 key as the system is booting up
Find and delete these files or folders if they exist
C:\WINDOWS\Ceres.dll <--file
C:\WINDOWS\ejkj.exe <--file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\n20050308.exe <--file
C:\WINDOWS\farmmext.exe <--file
c:\windows\system32\nyvgaew.exe <--file

Return to Normal mode
Post back a fresh hijackthis log afterwards
We will run LSP fix later, but if you lose Internet connection
These are the instructions
Disconnect completely from the Internet
Close down all Browser windows, including this one
Ensure that you unzipped LSP fix and your not running it from within the Zip file
With ONLY LSP fix open
Check "I know what I'm doing".
Then select all instances of aklsp.dll (and nothing else) in the left pane,
click the arrow button to have them moved into the right hand panel.(The Removal Pane) Click Finish <--you may have to scroll down a bit to see it, Finish is NOT the X button at the top
Restart the computer
We will run LSP fix later, do the above only if you have to now

Set a New system Restore point
Start>>All programs>>Accessories>>System Tools>>System Restore
Create a new Restore Point
Name it and click Create
After that Close down all other Windows, so please save this too a Notepad file on the desktop or print this out
Disconnect completely from the Internet
Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:
O2 - BHO: CeresObj Class - {00000049-8F91-4D9C-9573-F016E7626484} - C:\WINDOWS\Ceres.dll (file missing)

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows, including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis
Next: With ONLY LSP Fix.exe open
Check "I know what I'm doing".
Then select all instances of aklsp.dll (and nothing else) in the left pane,
click the arrow button to have them moved into the right hand panel.(The Removal Pane) Click Finish <--you may have to scroll down a bit to see it, Finish is NOT the X button at the top
Restart the computer
Back in Windows, find and delete this folder if it exists
C:\WINDOWS\isrvs <--folder
and this file
C:\WINDOWS\farmmext.exe
Post back a fresh hijackthis log afterwards

some of the things u asked me to delete did not exist. they are:

I'm not sure what fixes you tried before I seen your first log
But it does appear you have a Relatively new nasty on your computer
Indicated by these that aren't removed

Go to this link and install the Trial version of KAV Personal 5.0 Trial (good for 30 days)

And follow all the instructions closely, including downloading and running their trial AV in safe mode and ensure it's updated
Also ensure you get a copy of Hoster
Any step missed may require you to start the WHOLE procedure over again
So look it over carefully
The AV must be updated, don't assume because you have it installed it is updated
Once you have completed the scan remember to Save the report to post it back here
