Title: New site with non-credit card offers

Hey everybody.  http://ricenetworkingsource.com/freestuff/portal.php?r=23 (http://\"http://ricenetworkingsource.com/freestuff/portal.php?r=23\") says they're in testing phase, but you can sign up and complete offers already.  They have 5 non-cc offers to choose from.  Yea yea it'll probably get torn apart like all other sites that start out with non-cc offers, but it's worth a shot isn't it?
