To create an Ebay account WITHOUT a Credit CARD, create an email from www.walla.com and register ebay with it. Then bid on an item and make sure you're winning for a while. Note: You do NOT have to win the auction. (example: a BMW for $1000, Ipods for $75, Sony PSP for $100)
