Title: Problems repairing corrupt XP system file

Hello from Atlanta,  I have a customer system with a corrupt system file and I am following MS KB #Q307545 on recovering a corrupt registry with XP won't start.  I've used the recovering console before without a problem but in this case the directory c:\windows\repair, as referred to in Step #5 does not seem to exist.

Any thoughts anyone.
