I can receive the mail but get the error :>>

This is the error from Outlook Express.
The settings are correct, ive checked and checked ?
Now MSN Messenger isnt connecting ?
I have a dual boot System.
Win me c:
Win 2k f:
Ive installed the service pack 2.
And all the current updates ?
This is confusing me now ?
I\'m logged in as the Admistrator.

/smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />Freeserve Auto configure configured the phone number wrong.
So when i check and changed the number
Everything fell into place
