Title: Norton Antivirus won't full scan

I tried to run Norton Antivirus Full Scan (or any scan) on my computer and it won't respond.  I reinstalled the program and still nothing is responding.  It was working last week, but now the full scan function won't work.  Is there a way to get this to perform?
